Verve, the seamless cashback and rewards app, has appointed a new Managing Director. Lori Sartwell was promoted from her role as Director of Strategy of the brand, having first joining Verve in January 2024.

Lori brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to this role. As a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™, she has more than 25 years’ experience in loyalty, strategic partnerships and payments. Lori has an extensive background in overseeing partnerships with prestigious financial services organisations such as Mastercard, Lloyds Bank, NatWest and Virgin Money.
